Selectable stroke lengths

Each model is available with strokes specifiable in 50 mm increments.
The range of selectable strokes from 50 to 850 mm (EZS6)
and the versions EZS3 and EZS4 from 50 to 700 mm.

Positioning Data of up to 63 points can be set easily.


Position data can be set in one of three methods, as specified below.

1. Enter the desired travel (mm) directly.

2. Direct-Teaching

3. Remote Teaching

Changing from the controller-mode to the driver-mode is possible.

(For the controller-mode the separat data editing software and the teaching pendant is needed)

Controller-Mode
Positioning Data of up to 63 points can be set by 6 inputs.

Driver-Mode
The user attaches his own controller.

Easy changing of the incremental mode to the absolute-mode via a small DIP-switch is placed at the controller.

Modi

Incremental Mode

(Relative-Position Specification) Each position is relative, being set as an amount of travel from the current position or another target postion for the work. This is suitable in a regular feed or other operation where the same pattern is used repeatedly.

Absolute Mode

(Absolute-Position Specification) Each position is set as the absolute position with respect to the reference point. This is suitable when you want to move the work directly from an arbitrary position to the specified position. After a power outage a home positioning is not necessary because the last position is saved by the battery.
